A lot of writers have talked about the issue of stress when people study and a lot of them have discussed some very important notes that they have found like they are the turning point of losing focus while studying or doing any activities about learning.

In this article I am going to mention some steps and ideas that will help you increase your focus while studying.

Whenever you are tired, do not keep on reading or studying, just take some rest and get back with more confidence and flexibility to continue again.

You must consider study as something that you enjoy not like a burn on your shoulders. In this way, you will improve your focus and avoid stress while studying.

#Step 4:

You must not work over your brain. That's mean that you must only work or study for 2 hours or less because it has been discussed that our brains can only focus for 1 hour and 45 minutes while studying.

#Step 5:

Do not forget to use all what you have learned in your daily life so it will be easy for you to memories and move on to something else.
