Man is a spirit which has a soul and lives in a body. Man is tripartite, just like the Father and Creator God, in the personality of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The life we where supposed to live is that of a supernatural one. We could see that in the Bible when God frist created Man. We were to grow and become like the Father, through the process of fellowship by God in the garden of Eden, but man could not complete that process because it was disrupted by satan because of his envy towards man and thought he could be equal to God. Man was to attain the fullness of God in the garden of Eden, because our life is a journey towards God. It was God's intension for Man to dominate and have pleasure according to the will of God, but all was corrupted by the devil for Man to fall and turn away for the way and will of God. The devil does not want Man to attain God's fullness that was why he corrupted the world. The things that are supposed to be for God's Glory, he used against Man. Let's take SEX example. Sex is an intimacy relationship between a Male and Female, that is a matured Man and Woman in the confinds of Marriage to have pleasure and bear children in the way of God, but The devil has turned Sex to be a casual thing to be done at any time our body feels aroused, that is, because I feel sexually aroused, I am now matured and need to have sex, fornication, sex outside marriage and adultery, sex with someone else who is not your spouse in the confinds of marriage. This is one of the major areas the devil use in destroying the life of Man.
There was another plan God had before the foundation of the world. To send he Son Jesus Christ to died for the world that is Man. This plan the devil knew not, for he knew all not. Jesus came to set the way of Man straight before God, to redeem Man from the clutches of sin and death to His marvelous Light. Jesus came to correct the wrongs of Man caused by the devil, to show Man the way of Life, to attain God's fullness. So if you have seen Jesus, you have seen the Father, if you follow Jesus, you follow the Father, you do like Jesus Christ did and you will walk in to the fullness of God, the life he had planned before the beginning of Time, to be like The High Priest Christ Jesus in HOPE, FAITH and CHARITY, through the WORD also in getting WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING. The life of Man is in the WORD.
