Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 small cups of sugar
2 small cups of oil
6 cups flour
half a baking powder
Topping:
6 cups sugar
7 cups water
Preparation:
Beat eggs with a fork or wire.
Add sugar and stir a little more.
Add oil and stir.
Add flour and baking powder and mix with a spoon.
From the dough, form balls, with a walnut slice pressed into each ball.
Shape the roller, place on a grater and spread (shape the persimmon).
Bake at 200 C until the dates get the color.
Boil the dressing just stir to dissolve the sugar.
Pour cold topping over the warm persimmon.
