Delicious to serve your lunch during your tour at a great restaurant where you'll receive such a great recipe: fish with veggies served on tree bark.

Maybe you'll ask yourself which are the veggies and what are they?

The white veggies where parsnip grilled and also there was the kind of spatzle.

Almost like gnocchi.

What a great dish ... but be careful the tree bark cannot be eaten. :-))
