These words, the one I was waiting for, for someone to say to me after helping him/her. But instead, I got nothing. A simple "Thank You" might be enough for someone to make their day better, to keep them do things they did for you. Just two words, yet people are having a hard time saying it. So, let's start with in ourselves, if someone did something to you without expecting something in return. Please do say these words. "Thank You".
