Bangladesh with Global BPO Alliance

Bangladesh has joined the Global BPO Alliance (GBA), the world's largest call center alliance. Fifotech started its journey in Bangladesh as a member company of GBA through the Zoom Conference in Dhaka on Thursday.

In a video message at the Zoom Conference, Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar said, "I am delighted that with the Global BPO Alliance, we have an opportunity to provide BPO services to about 350 million Bengali-speaking people through a Bangladeshi company."

The GBA Alliance has been formed to provide uninterrupted service to call center and BPO customers in different parts of the world. Under the agreement with the GBA Alliance, Fifotech will provide call center and back office services to Bengali language customers from different parts of the world from Bangladesh and Hindi language customers from Kolkata, India.

Currently with GBA from Bangladesh is Fifotech, Japan's Masterpiece Group Inc., China's Beijing-95 TeleWeb Information Company Limited, Colombia's Columbia Outsourcing Solutions SAS, Malaysia's Day Three Business Services SDN BHD, TNISRM, Tunis Fourteen multinational companies have been signed: INGO SPA, Thailand's Nice Call Company Limited, Myanmar's Masterpiece Group Company Limited, Philippine's Masterpiece Group Company Limited, Belgium's Multicom and Europe's INTEK.

Each contracted company has experience working in its own country and abroad. GBA member companies will serve customers in 26 languages ​​through call center and back office services in different parts of the world. Eighty percent of the world's languages ​​are accessible to call centers and BPOs through GBA.

The GBA authorities will arrange work for the member companies according to their needs and language by contacting companies from different countries of the world. As a result, in the future, customers will be able to avail the services of BPO and call centers from anywhere in the world through the organizations representing this alliance and the services will be provided by BPO and call center agents.
