Oh gosh, so you have my trading skills? I almost never make money when I try to buy/sell short term. But I almost always make money if I hold onto an asset long enough. The trick is to not get greedy, and realize "quick profits" are rare. HODL, HODL, HODL!! What we can do instead of trading is to try to get interest on our HODLed coins. But invest in DeFi carefully, bearing in mind that if we don't own the keys, we don't really own the crypto.
