Getting to know 101 ☺️ Lokot-lokot is one of the delicacy that you usually found in Mindanao especially in a Muslim communities as they prepared it when there are special occasions like "Hari Raya Puasa" the end of fasting month of Ramadan. this is sweet and crunchy too. And chapati not familiar with it but when I search it in Google is it the same kind as roti? I love roti while dipping it on a curry sauce. yum!

Is it made with sugar? I have seen something similar in an ethnic food store but I don't remember where
Glutinous rice, sugar and water that's what I've known unless they have some other secret ingredients. Possibly it is available it some ethnic food store.

😂 gosh! Monika, I'm afraid I'm going to make it overfried. Better let's go together and search for a store wherein it is available or better look on their place where the production happened as we might have some free taste in there while watching how it really made. Hehe
