My answer is that such leaves turns into such shapes because of insect. Do you know that insects takes food from leaves. Another reason can climate change..
Yeah! I know there's some insects who eats leaves. But I'm curious of what kind of insect it is. Hopefully I'll be able to see it one day.

For whom the culprit may be, All I can say is they know how to handle art as they evenly designed all the leaves to make it well arrange and neat to watch hahahaah
