Do plants sweat? That question suddenly pop up in my mind after I snap a photo of our plant leaves after watering it. The answer maybe it's a yes! but it can be a big NO. Think about it when the plants is exposed in so much heat from the sun it can go dry right? but there's also a plants that can survived under the heat of the sun. So what do you think could be the answer to that question. I just want to know your opinion before we can call a friend like Mr. Google to find an answer.:) Another Tuesday to begin with. I think plants have moisture in them or some body fluid to withstand heat
When plants have a lot of water, I believe they sweat. That water has to come from the plant's body like banana and etc.

Di naman ata pinagpapawisan ang plants eh hehe. Wala naman sila sweat glands. Pero ako sure na pinagpapawisan ako sa mga ganap ngayon hahaha.
Some off my plants get extremely soggy in too much sun or when they are over watered so I think they do sweat but in a other way besides I have seen droplets on my tomato plant everyday maybe it's the moisture in air or maybe they do work out 🤣😂🤷
I am so tempted to go straight ahead and ask our bff, Mr. Google, sis! Ahaha! But hmmm, I think plants do sweat (?) Much like humans, if exposed to extreme heat, I think the leaves give off sweat to regulate their surface temperature and cool down. Don’t take my word for it, though! Still gonna ask Mr. Google. 😂
Hi friend. I don't have a sure answer, but your question is legitimate. In my opinion no, I believe that plants absorb or the necessary water from the earth through the roots. Neither more nor less than what is needed, following a biological cycle. And of course it loses color and dries up if there is zero water in the ground for a long time
