Drawing competition and discussion meeting on the occasion of National Mourning Day organized by ISDE in ChittagongOnline Desk - On 15 August 2020, on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabundh Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day, a drawing competition and discussion meeting was organized at ISDE Kazi Nazrul Learning Center in Raufabad Colony on the initiative of private development agency ISDE Bangladesh. Former General Secretary of Chittagong District Scouts Prof. SM Shahnewaz Ali Mirza, CAB Chandgaon Thana President Md. Jane Alam, CAB DPO Zahurul Islam, CAB Pachanlaish leader Mukta Sheikh Mukti and Reshmi spoke on the occasion under the chairmanship of ISDE Bangladesh Executive Director SM Nazer Hossain. Rahima Khatun, a teacher at ISDE Kazi Nazrul Learning Center.Khatija Begum, Tania Akhter and Priya Akhter, students of ISDE Kazi Nazrul Learning Center, won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively in the drawing competition on the occasion of Mourning Day. Afterwards, the guests handed out disinfectant protection materials and prizes to the winners and all the participants.The speakers paid homage to the Father of the Nation and said that the country would not be independent today if this great Bengali of a thousand years had not been born.
