Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 3 cups.
Orange Food Color - Quantitative.
Orange - 1.
Sugar - 2 cups.
Powdered milk - half a cup.
Raisins - 1 tbsp.
Cashew nut crush - 1 tbsp.
Pesto almond powder - 1 tbsp.
Almonds - 1 tbsp.
Ghee - in quantity.
Preparation:
First the basmati rice should be washed very well with cold water so that there is no dirt. After washing, drain the water and put it in a bowl.
Now you have to put a pan in the gas. The amount of water in the pan should be pre-washed with the basmati rice and the rice should be boiled for a while. If necessary, cover with a lid for a while. Once the rice is cooked, turn off the stove and take it down.
Now the rice has to be washed again with cold water and drained. After draining the water, it should be kept in a big bowl.
Then the orange should be washed very well with water so that there is no formalin or medicine. If necessary, it should be soaked in water for a while. You have to wash it well later. After washing, it should be cut into small pieces with a knife. It should be cut into small pieces and put in a bowl.
Now you have to put a pan in the gas. Give enough water in the pan. When the water is a little hot, mix it well by stirring it with orange food color for a while. After mixing, add the pre-cooked basmati rice in it and stir it for a while then turn off the stove.
Turn off the oven and put it in a bowl and wash it with cold water. After washing, drain the water and put it in a bowl.
Now you have to put another pan in the gas. Put enough ghee in the pan. When the ghee is a little hot, add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, hot spices and stir fry for a while.
After light frying, add chopped oranges and stir for a while. After stirring for a while, add sugar, raisins, powdered milk and stir again.
Then add the pre-boiled basmati rice. Stir in cashew nuts, pistachio nuts and almonds for a while. Again you have to turn off the stove for a while and take it down.
