Physical exercise is a form of exercise which which means the regular movement of our limbs according to some rules. It keeps our body fit and sound body keeps our sound mind.

There is a proverb, "A sound body is a sound mind." Body and mind are connected. If our body become sick, our mind is also feeling bad. And when our body is fit and fine,our mind become fresh. Body and minds are related to each other.

There are many kinds of physical exercises such as swimming, riding, cycling, walking etc. But of all kinds of exercise, walking is the best exercise ever. If we want to keeps our body fit, we have to take physical exercise regularly.

To take regular physical exercise is very essential for all of us. There is an another proverb, "Health is Wealth." And for good health, we have to take physical exercise.

We should not do physical exercise after taking foods because it is not good for our health rather we should do physical exercise before taking foods.

All kinds of physical exercises is not good for everyone. Different men has different physical exercises. Physical exercise keeps our body fit and keeps our mind fresh.

Physical exercise is very important for all of us. Physical exercise plays a very important role in our life.
