Ingredients:
Apples - 9/10.
Sugar - 3 cups.
Red food color - 1 teaspoon.
Cardamom powder - 2 teaspoons.
Water - Quantitatively.
Preparation:
First the apples should be washed very well with water so that there is no dirt. After washing the apples, drain the water and put it down in a bowl.
Now you have to cut the apples into small pieces with a knife on the cutting board. After cutting, it should be kept in a big bowl.
Now you have to put a pan in the gas. The amount of water should be given in the pan. When the water is a little hot, add the pre-washed apple pieces and boil a little ache slowly. It has to be boiled very well Once boiled, turn off the stove and take it down.
The boiled apple pieces should be washed again with cold water to remove the hot steam. When the heat is gone, the boiled apple pieces should be blended very nicely in a blender and put in a bowl.
Then put another pan on the gas. Serve with blended apple puree in a pan. Stir for a while and mix it with sugar, cardamom powder, red food colour very nicely and add medium ache slowly. When it becomes very thick, turn off the stove and take it down.
It should be kept in mind that you cannot give too much to the stove and too little. Because, if the stove is too low, there is a problem and if the stove is too high, there is a possibility of burning. So medium ache should be burned slowly.
Now pour it in a nice serving dish, arrange it as desired and serve it cold. Delicious and yummy apple jam.
