Townspeople who cant afford to buy a coffin wrapped their died loved ones on a mat called pamilisan.

In those time some men are desperately looking for loots on graveyard so townspeople buried their loved ones to other sites.

They say that this wrongdoing is the cause why Pasatsat emerge.

Pasatsat scared people by showing themselves with a mat. A person who saw the ghost should stab the mat so they will disappear but will live a very bad odor.
