Perhaps some of the things you read here you have already read before, but it never hurts to review them, especially with something as important as our health.
First, I want to ask you: do you consider yourself to be in good health, why? (leave me your answer in the comments)
What do we know as good health? To be able to run without getting tired, to feel good about our body, to not suffer from discomfort?
Or can we sum it up as feeling good? I think so, do you agree with that?
I think so because when we don't feel tired, can do high-exertion activities with ease, don't get sick regularly, etc., it is a sign of good health.
But what if we are sad, angry, doesn't that influence our health?
Generally when we think about health, we only think about our body, but we don't think about our mind (ironically). Therefore, the first tip for you to have a good health is:
-Be aware of how your head is doing, always, listen to what it has to tell you.
Let's remember that emotions are chemical reactions, and if our body constantly goes through the same exhaustive process of sadness or anger (for example) it will weaken our immune system, making us more prone to viruses or any type of contagion.
Why do you think that many times one of the tips we are given for good health is: sleep well.
Because the body while it is resting, uses that time to repair itself, each part that makes up our body enters into a repair process, and the longer and better you sleep, the more repaired your body will be.
That is why it is important to respect our rest time and make it as pleasant as possible.
One of the best ways to go to sleep and rest is to cleanse our body before closing our eyes; this purification is done when we leave our cell phone aside, one hour before going to sleep.
This will help your brain to relax and avoid playing all the content you saw just that hour before going to sleep.
