But we should try to take at least all the basic ingredients Fruits provide good vitamins Salts and chillies are excellent source of minerals Bread provides carbohydrates ( energy) Butter provides fats ( energy) Egg and meat( protein) ( build up the body ) . At least drink 3 litter of water . We often eat very healthy but what we do wrong is that we don't follow proper routine . Thanks
