Cervical cancer is the top reproductive cancers in females of reproductive age caused due to unprotected intercourse with multiple partners, young age of first intercourse, family history, immunocompromised women. This cancer is caused by infection with human papilloma virus and its variants
Screening:
Cervical cancer is mostly screened by cervical cytology and pap smears
Pap smear is actually a cervical cytology in which cells are collected from the transition zone of the cervix by ayres spatula and then with the help of dyes are studied histologically and differentiate between benign and malignant cells in the cervix

Recommendation:
For all the females of reproductive age, this screening is a must from the age of 25-64 done every 3-5 yearly to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer at the very early stage and prevent the cancer from being invading the body.
Since its very hidden cancer and cause death of women at very early age, all women must be cooperative to their selves as well as to their families and children so that it can be hindered from spreading further in the body and women must lead a happy and healthy life.
