Wow you had a great transformation! I'm having a hard time to have a diet because I can't discipline myself in eating. What should I eat. I'm a moderate fat guy and want to lose weight.

Hi Sir, Thank you for ur interest. Sir deciplin is the most important thing for bodybuilder in Workout, EDiet and Seep And as u sad i am a moderat fat, so u just need to add Running in open air or treadmill in your exercise on daily basis. Also just Reduce fried things and Rice in ur diet and compensate it with protein diet like Chicken, fish, eggwhite etc. If u still need some help i here ask freely👍

Thank you! This is really a big help. I have a question, is it okay to only do high knees or jumping jacks and not moving on my position to lose a weight? Because it's hard to run on an open air especially now that going outside is restricted.

As u said, that you are a moderat fat guy so its ok to compensate Running/treadmill with high knees or jamping jacks. Plus you should decrease Carbs in your diet and Increase Protein and Touch your ABS twice a week(3days gap) which will help you getting V-Shape quickly and it will covere your other body fat upto certain level.

Time doesn't matter, it depends on the intensity of your workout.. Like for ABS do crunches untill your Abs gets tired and then rest for 30 to 50 Sec and then repeat other set and so on.. Same way do other exercises and your Cardio Should not exceed 30 to 35 min each day.. Do 3 to 4 Sets of 8 to 12 Reps for each Muscles and Increase weight Slowly to avoid any injury.
