Today i am going to talk about the most prominant problem of bodybuilding which is "Diet Issue".
Some bodybuilders face weight gain diet issue and some face weight loss diet issue.
The major problem faced by bodybuilders that are loosing their weight.
To loose their weight they just Stop eating whi h is very dangerous.By doing this, they just not loose their weight, they loose their muscle too.
How to Tackle it:
To tackle this problem, a bodybuilder should direct, orient and manage his diet by,
. Increasing Protein in their diet
. by decreasing Carbs in their diet.
. Increase Green Salad in your diet because they let u feel your gut fulled without too muc calories.
.Increase fresh fruit in your diet.
Misconceptions:
The peominant misconception is that, they think that by sweating more they will loose their weight and they don't concider their body fluid.When u sweat too much u loose too many minerals in bodyfluid(sweat) which can cause weakness and other sever problems.
So being a medical student(Vet. Dr.) And having knowledge about all these problem I suggest those bodybuilder to stop wasting their minerals and energy in irregular manner and Orient as well as schedule their workout right according to their need.
Weight gain diet Issue:
To gain weight your diet must contain 1000 extra calorie then you need for your daily routein.
For this purpose,
.Increase Carbs in gour diet.
.Increase protein as well.
.Increase good fat too in your duet with certain ratio.
.Increase Quality of your diet to along with Quantity.
As every body has different genetics and it also play a major role in your growth and performance, but what i have sheared is a universal and very general kind of diet plans.
This topic need very detailed discussion which i can't cover in a single writing.
