Each of us has our spotlights in line with our appearance on this earth. We are drowned with mixed emotions and experiences. The spotlight itself is the process where you can show your identity or could be not. This can be your chance to come out from the shell and open your wings widely to fly with your dreams in life but the question is, are all those flying succeded? have they fallen by failure? It can be a YES and it can be a NO too. Tonight, I am going to a deeper discussion about ourselves and how we hide and show who we are. I want you to be with me to discover some stories that needed to be heard.

Some of us have experienced being spotted in the spotlights because we need to perform something great to entertain the audience or in performance class, we are obliged to be part of it and showcase what we've got. Do you accept the offer wholeheartedly? have you been forced by someone to act it? or you have the passion within you to perform it? These are bothering questions that can make us doubt how truthful you are when presenting yourself to others.

Every individual has its own uniqueness. We have our own talents such as singing, dancing, painting, acting and many to mention. We choose what we want it can be in foods, sports, movies you like to watch, hobbies you love to do, and things that make you sad. We decide our own decision to achieve whatever is set in our minds for our future. If you have a great desire to do something, it will help you step on the stairs until you reach the top. If you are going to present yourself in front of hundreds to thousands of people watching you by loving what you are doing will reflect an optimistic charisma towards each other.
The door is open for you for more possibilities to be successful on your goals. Being shy is normal, and you have to manage yourself from it because if not, it can be a hindrance and block your chances to discover who you are. Let us always remember, if we are gifted with skills and talents, we must use them. We must share them. These beautiful capabilities of yours are not worth being hidden and kept. Always follow your dreams because they are your strengths that make you alive. Never stop and continue driving your journeys and soon the perfect destination will come to you.

There are moments in our lives that people intervened into our passion in life. They are going to expect better things from you especially if you are compared to the people closest to you. For example, your parents were popularly known as the best ballet dancers in the world. They are inspirations of other dancers because of their spectacular performances so as their daughter or son, people see you the way they look at your parents. People will tell you that you have to be like your parents. You have to show your best the way they did. This kind of situation is so sad and dramatic. Forcing someone to do something in order to acknowledge the same as his or her parents experienced.
I had experienced this before when I am about to take my board examination for teachers. When I graduated from college, I am blessed enough because I received an academic award. I was pressured at that time because I don't want to be failed. I am tired of listening to people telling me that, there is no chance for me to fail or not pass the exam because I have this award. Instead of saying some encouraging words to enlighten my mind, they are putting pressure on me. So if you experienced the way I did, I advise you to keep moving forward, believe what you believe, and don't open doors for negativities but if it will affect you, then try alternative things to make yourself focus on other things, not the one that distracts you.

The moment I stepped my feet on the stage I hear them screaming,
I saw their smiles but their eyes were watching the one who's spinning.
I did my best, I really did,
but I am like nothing, nothing like a dead.
If I am one of those dancers so I am one of the best
Did I gave my all or this is just for a test?
I competed in my whole life from the time I learned
But why I cannot see what I deserve to earn

In every performance that someone did is breathtaking. It's about the time, effort, and patience that they invest to make it eye-catching. We have sets of reasons or purposes why we do it. In the last part of this topic, this is more unto good flows. There are some people who wanted to showcase their talents and simply wanted to be appreciated. It's not about to forsake to do it but to see how that someone been through to make it a triumphant.
It is extraordinary if we hear people cheering us or screaming our name on how proud they are of us. Appreciating someone is a good starter to cheer up. This helps to impel someone to carry on what they love to do.
