Hi NOISE-mates it´s monday and no its not just funday, had to drive to check an air conditioning system from a client of the agency, and so I was on the road for two hours. And after having solved the issue with the air-con I decide to visit another client in the area to look what his plan to sell the villa has come to. But nothing new he still don´t know if he should sell now or wait for better times to come !??? I sware this better times won´t come soon we have already toped the priced from before Corona, so what he is waiting for a extra speedboat ? Naaah, maybe it´s just that he don´t want to lose this huge roofterrace with a gorgeos panoramic view through the Mediterranean sea from Marbella to Africa and Gibraltar, I would get it, you all know I love terraces with a good view ;) #spain #andalucia #marbella #beachlife #property
