Ah thank you my friend, yes its very promissing we got 32°C here on the coast actually so its good weather for chilling at the beach or somewhere in the shadow ;)
It sounds perfect :) We have measured 41.7 C on the coast for just a couple of days and that is the warmest since they have been measuring it, that is, for the last 75 years. Specifically, it is about Ulcinj, but everywhere this summer is very hot...
yes its a bit hot this summer but here on the coast it is ok we mostly have a slight breeze, if not its time to reach out for shadow. We are here in the hottest part of Spain only in the inland area in the Extremadura there is much higher temperature normaly up to 46, 47°C, last year we had 3 days with 50°C and actually we coming close to that, but like I mentioned its quite normal
Those figures make my head spin, but if you say that the breeze helps, then ok :)
yes absolutely the breeze is playing a key role in the game, and because of being directly on the coast we nearly every day got it that way Setac ;)

hehe to be honest me too ;) I just wasn´t fast enough to grab one of the penthouses at time when they start to initiate the building works and so had a heavy price development and decide not to buy there even when the price is fair for what they are offering in total there.
Too bad. Perhaps, the next time the opportunity presents itself, you can get one my friend.
doesn´t matter at all actually I don´t know if I would spent such an amount of money for a flat, maybe I will make a other decission and buy a little house with a bigger plot
