On dit que sans café (ou thé), rien ne va plus, car les deux contiennent la même substance qui "réveille l'esprit", la caféine.
Je me permets une petite clarification, La substance qui réveille pour le café caféine, et pour le thé la theine.

that was my former house where I had lived for more than 6 years, unfortunately I had to leave this beautiful place because my landlords daughter came here from Madrid to make here living here in Marbella and so she took the cheap option to take the house from mom and dad and just had to pay for the energy and water bills the rest is free. Thus is saving her a good chunk of money monthly (1 to 2,5k€) ...and I had to leave :(

Yup, I ment I had to change at least 13 flats in Ljubljana for the same reason. I feel ya, man. I was not sad to leave any though.
ooops that´s a lot 13, I moved a lot in my younger years one or two times a year for 5 years, in Germany I don´t missed any of my homes even when I´ve bought them. but I definitely I was sad when leaving my southern properties in Cyprus, Sicily and now this one with the #goldenterrace in Spain, but I have more than 10k pictures from the golden terrace so I will remember it well no matter where ;)
Great! I wish I could afford to buy property in Slovenia. I woudn't move, I love my language and I've got kids. So, yeah ...
oh yes I could imagine how this feels, I started with zero, and then had for good work my first good job as assistend director in a company, after that I got my first business and then also had children. My language never made me happy, but I´ve learned in School 2 other languages english an french, and after finding my lovely wife I had the next language adopted (spanish) then my company was managing several companies in Italy and so I had to learn this as well and with all this languages I can go anywhere without having problems to communicate (naaa not in China, but the rest of Asia too)
Cool! With languages, I ment it in another way. The first environment language defines a human. I'd love to raise my children in a slovenian school, that's all. I do speak English (obviously), I also learned French, am fluent in German and do.a.bit of Spanish. My dear N is also fluid in Italian, that's no problem. I just ment it in a culturological way. Marcel Mauss: "The borders of my language are the borders of my world" or somerhing like that. 😀🖖
hehe so that was a little missunderstanding, it doesn´t came out that clear to me, and yes its ok when one is proud of the culture in which he was born in he should give that to his children. I for my part never felt good in the role of the German, yes undoubtable I am, anyone can see that, but we were never really at home there, our hearts belong to the south ;)
Great :) We (Slovenians) encorporated quite a lot of Austrian/German culture. Somehow I just seem to get along with Germans :) Well in the end I do work for a German company (over a british one) and I like the overall culture. As far as languages go, I do have 'an ear' for it. I also speak Croatian (we're on hollydays in Croatia right now) and I also speak Serbian (given a lot of lectures and now I lead a team of Serbian coders). We're on our way to Monte Negro and I bet I'll do just fine as it is quite similar to Serbian. We'll see in a couple of days 😀 🖖
