That is why it is important to control emotions
Thursday, 30 August 2018

People are usually sad when they are sad, they are upset, they are sad, they are happy when they hear happy news. But he has instructed us to refrain from the sorrows and happiness that lead people to illegal activities. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): This is so that you may not be saddened by what you have lost, and you may not rejoice at what He has given you. Allah does not like the proud and the arrogant. '(Surah Hadid: verse 23)

In this verse, Allaah tells the believers to refrain from sorrow and grief and from pride and arrogance in joy.
Many times people can't control their emotions when they are in happiness and sorrow. So if you are sad! Alas! Hurray time of joy! Hooray! Jumped up. In the hadith, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) says to refrain from it: ‘I am forbidden to utter two words. (One of them is) the word foolish in times of sorrow (alas! Alas!) And (the other is the excess of joy) the sound of sin (hurray! Or hahaha). To ‘hurray or hahaha’ (in a word that is sinful) after receiving blessings (from Allah). And in times of danger, foolishly, alas! That means taking a deep breath. '

In another hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘Of course, patience is found at the time of the first blow.’
Persistent passions of danger and sorrow can end people through unrest. Many lose control of themselves.
Again no man is too happy or blessed; Then he forgets the blessings of the great Creator in the midst of happiness and joy. They run towards injustice and arrogance by violating the limits of decency and justice.
This is why it is not right to show too much flattery or love to someone by following the passion; Similarly, it is not right to hate someone too much out of anger and grief. In all cases, it is necessary to show trust and patience in God. It has been narrated in the hadith-

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘Whomever you love, you will love in moderation. Because, the day may come when you will hate him. Again, you should hate the one you hate in moderation; Because, the day may come when you will love him. '
In order to control oneself from the excesses of emotions, it is necessary to seek forgiveness and refuge from Allah more and more. It is narrated in the hadeeth:
When a person controls his emotions, he can balance his joys and sorrows. So it is important to control emotions, both in danger and in laughter. Because these two things lead people to disobedience to Allah.
May Allaah grant the Muslim Ummah the Tawfeeq to remain steadfast by relying on Allaah in all circumstances of happiness and sorrow. Give tawfiq to be free from his disobedience in excess of sorrow and joy. Amen.
