Time is an invaluable resource of human life. Action on earth is infinite, but human life is narrow. This human life is a very small part of the endless time of the great age. But the task assigned to man is much more than the range of life. In the short span of a short life, people have to fulfill many responsibilities. If one moment of this small life is wasted in wasting time, one has to fall far behind. Therefore, in order to make human life successful and beautiful, every moment of life must be valued and time must be spent on proper work. Time is an invaluable resource. When the wealth of the worldly life is lost, the wealth lost through hard work can be regained, and when the health is lost, it can be regained through treatment. But once that time is gone, it never comes back. There is a saying in English - ‘Time and tide wait for none’. It is not possible to bring back the current flowing in the river as you want, just as it is not possible to bring back the elapsed time. People can't bring back the days of the past even if they try a hundred times. And that is why time cannot be judged by any worldly value. As Robert Browning rightly said, "One day is gone, one day is gone from life." And it is not possible to revive that lost day in exchange for anything. As a result, wasting a moment means wasting a part of life. And the consequences of this waste are terrible.
Being punctual means doing the work on time. Punctuality is one of the great virtues of human character that leads people to success. There is a set time for every task in the world. In this context, the Bible declares, ‘Every work in this world has a purpose, a time, and a time.’ The sign of a person who takes advantage of time is to complete the work within the allotted time. And the person who is punctual, success in his life is inevitable. The main condition for blackening a limited human life is to make good use of time. If he wastes time without any reason, he has to pay the price in the next life. That is why Fakir Lalon Shah has sung, ‘Time will not accomplish.’ Therefore, the main condition for the establishment of life is punctuality. Everyone's motto should be to make human life selfish - ‘Work while you work, play while you play, And that is the way to be happy and gay.’ Every moment of life is precious. Those who can use this precious time are able to make a place in the history of the world as a memorable person. In fact, the success of human life lies in establishing immortal glory in the mortal world by utilizing every moment of life. Destruction in life is inevitable if time is not used properly. There are many instances where many talented people have been lost in the abyss of destruction due to misuse of time. This time is the greatest asset of worldly life. And so it is said- ‘Time is money’ Success in life comes through the use of time, again life becomes miserable due to the misuse of this time.
Punctuality not only brings success in individual life, but also brings prosperity in national life. The key to establishing oneself in one's life is to make good use of time. And every citizen of a nation is punctual, the success of that nation is inevitable. All the poets, writers, artists, scientists, philosophers in the world were all punctual in their work. As a result, they have not only achieved success in their personal lives, but have also brightened the face of the nation. The nation has also achieved prosperity through their hands. Only due to punctuality, Japan, which was completely devastated in the Second World War, has now been able to establish itself as one of the most advanced nations in the world. It is never possible to achieve the goal of life by misusing time. In the waste of time not only the individual but the whole society and nation is harmed and the person who misuses the time is soon thrown in the dustbin. It is said in the words- ‘One fork of time, ten forks of untimely time. As a result, the person who misuses time is left behind. This backwardness leads him to destruction. In the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon suffered a humiliating defeat because one of Napoleon's generals appeared minutes after the scheduled time. For those who do not understand the value of time, the frustration of failure is inevitable.
No man can master the quality of punctuality in one day's effort. So the best way is to inculcate this habit in every child through the family. If the child is taught punctuality from the beginning of life, he will be able to use that time easily later. The child should be taught to read while reading and to play while playing. The child should also be made aware of the harmful aspects of not working on time. These family lessons will help the child to be punctual in later life. Also, every human being should make it a habit to divide the time of each day by the prescribed tasks and complete each task on time. The easiest way to use time properly is to create a daily routine. If you do every work routine from morning to night, you can use the time properly. Everyone whose names are written in gold in the history of the world was aware of the value of time. Utilized every moment of life. And it is through this strict punctuality that they have made their short lives mortal. World-renowned poets, writers, scientists and philosophers have used every moment of their lives to create hundreds of great creations in their short lives. A review of the lives of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Rabindranath Tagore, Kazi Nazrul Islam, Socrates, Einstein, Plato, Aristotle, Newton, Shakespeare, etc., shows that none of them were indifferent to time. There are. It is not possible to achieve the desired goal of life without being aware of the value of time. Those who value time and try to make the most of every moment have a happy and prosperous life. If you can spend every moment of your life in the right work, it is possible to leave the signature of great creation even in the fleeting life. And in this way man attains immortality in spite of being mortal. So each of us should be aware of the value of time and try to make life selfish and prosperous by being punctual.
