CABBAGE CASSEROLE WITH MEAT

WE NEED
FOR THE FATHER:
White cabbage 750g
Salt 1 tsp.
Parsley/dill 30 gr.
Hard cheese (I have melted milk flavor) 150g
2 eggs (120g)
Sour cream (I have 15% fat content) 100g
Ground pepper to taste
You can use 600g of any meat for the meat layer. ME:
Pork (neck) 350 gr
Chicken fillet 250 gr
Onions 100 gr
Salt 1 tsp.
Coriander ground 1 tsp.
Dried garlic 0,5 tsp.
Grated pepper to taste
BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 200 DEGREES. 1 HOUR with foil and 20 minutes without foil.
