Three very simple, quick and delicious salads. You'll spend minimal time making each one, and you'll end up with great, tasty and vitamin-rich results. Enjoy watching and appetite!

BEET AND RADISH SALAD

KBJU PER 100 GR:

87/1,2/5,8/7,7

WE WILL NEED:

Boiled/baked beet 200g (1-2 pcs.)

Sweet red onion 80 gr (1 piece)

Radish 200 gr

FOR STUFFING:

Olive oil (or any other oil) 2 tablespoons

Mustard with grains 1 tsp.

Honey (optional) 1 tsp.

Lemon juice 2 tbsp.

Salt 0,5 tsp.

Ground pepper to taste

SALAD WITH RAW CARROTS, GARLIC AND CHEESE

KBJU PER 100G:

WE WILL NEED:

Raw carrots 250g (2 pcs.)

Hard cheese 100 gr

2 hard-boiled eggs (whites)

Dill 50 gr

Garlic 3-4 cloves

FOR SALES:

Sour cream or thick yogurt 100g

2 egg yolks

Non-spicy mustard 1 tsp.

Salt 0.5 tsp.

Ground pepper to taste

SALAD WITH RAW BEETS, CARROTS AND CABBAGE

WE WILL NEED:

Beets 150 gr (1 piece)

Carrots 150 gr (1 pc)

White cabbage 150 gr +1 pinch of salt

Walnuts 50 gr

Parsley 50 g

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp

Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Coriander powder (coriander seeds are possible) 1 tsp.
