Green onions 50g
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Bread (I have bran bread) 1 slice
Olive oil 0.5 tsp.
FOR FILLING:
Cheese (my name is 5% fat) 200g
Sour cream (I have 15% fat) 100g
3 eggs (165 gm)
0.5 tsp. salt
Ground pepper to taste
Dried oregano 0.5 tsp.
BAKE AT 200 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES
