Last night I dreamed, well better to say I had a nightmare because I woke up in anguish and a start interrupted my sleep, I'll tell you.

It's rainy days and guess who visits me frequently? some frogs who love my plants, apparently we are not so different we already have something in common. The truth is that once again my cry alarms everyone at home and there they go to my rescue to save me from the dreaded amphibian. Last night I got ready to sleep as usual, and it was 3 am when I jumped up crying, in my dream the same thing always surrounds me in bed thousands of frogs, the size does not matter from the smallest to the largest they cause in I have the same feeling, I cover my whole body with a sheet and I see and feel how they fall on me, better not to continue counting because doing so gives me chills. I know they are helpless and such, but since I was a child I have never been able to overcome these fears. Today in the morning I think, my dream must be related to the fact that these days I have seen them very often. But you know what psychologists say about it and what my amazement was when I did some search for information, for so long that they visit me in my dreams, they disturb me and make my heart rate rise and I had never inquired about their meaning and interpretation. , and now very regretfully I would like to dream of them daily haha ​​and you will see why.

I tell you about three of my most common dreams throughout my life, which at one stage or another have been present more than once. Perhaps some feel identified, and it helps them to interpret them based on their particular experiences and what their subconscious wants to convey to them. Although sometimes I do not dream at all, which is most of the time, although it may be according to what I have read that I do not remember. As a short story, I hope they take away the essence that our dreams hide.

Frogs Green I want you green.

Ana dreams of frogs almost daily, her heart beats at a thousand beats per second, she closes her eyes knowing that she dreams and imploring to wake up, she feels the humidity of one on her shoulder, and sweats cold, while her partner hugs her feeling her restlessness while she sleeps. It's 6 am Ana's phone rings and she finally wakes up, sweating and taking the call.

Ana: Good morning boss.

Fernando: Ana, we will wait for you first thing in the office, the investors have approved your project, tomorrow we will start, congratulations, you will be promoted.

Maria is a teenager with few friends, she suffers from acne, and the fear of being rejected keeps her distant. She dreams that her teeth are falling out, what a horror she thinks about her dream, in addition to acne without teeth, she thinks that it may be a sign and that she will have dental problems and now if no one will approach her. What Maria does not know is that her dream is a reflection of her own insecurities, low self-esteem and that once she has overcome this stage of her life where many changes are coming, the mouse Pérez will stop visiting her.

Adhara is a seven-year-old girl with leukemia, she is a little person who does not give up in the face of the difficulties that life has placed on her. She always has a smile on her face. She attends a chemotherapy session with her mother every Thursday. Close your eyes and sleep. Today she wakes up once again and tells her mom I flew again...
