Yes, that was true, you need to start on doing things that you should do. Don't procrastinate. Don't be lazy! Start! Move your body, be focused, it will lead you to the things that you want, maybe not now, but soon! So for me, don't procrastinate, do it while you have a time because time is running, you will never go back if it passed. Time doesn't stop, it is continuos. Don't waste your time, do it! Don't let yourself to become lazy all the time. Do the things that you can do, finish it and do another things. After that, take a rest and reward yourself thru doing things that you want like playing video games, watching television, watching videos on youtube, or eat anything that makes you feel better. This may help you to improve yourself and to overcome laziness.

You should be productive everyday, don't waste your time for some things that you didn't need the most. Focused on things that you need to do, it will lead you to success. Eat foods like Fatty Fish, Blueberries, Broccoli, Pumpkin Seeds, Dark Chocolate, Nuts, Oranges, Eggs, Green Tea and etc. that will help you to boost your brain and memory, to think well.
