First, what is physical activity? Physical activity is any movement that will require energy.

Benefits

There are so many benefits of Engaging into physical activities. Aside from you can enjoy doing it. It will also make you healthy and aside from that, it will make your body be in a nice form.

During this time of pandemic, many are thinking that they can't perform exercise now because gyms are not open or it's hard to go to gym because of safety reason.

But in reality, exercise can be done at home. You can watch some YouTube videos for a routine or you can make you own.

You can start engaging into physical activities by simply walking, stretching and doing simple exercise at home. Going to gym is not that necessary especially now that we are experiencing a pandemic.

So start engaging into physical activities now and start having a healthy lifestyle.
