The aesthetic natural beauty of Bengal is like a heart touching painting of a successful artist. Bangladesh, the world's largest deltaic island, has diverse terrain and long beaches. The coastline and mangroves of the Sundarbans add to the thirst for local and foreign beauty. There are possibilities in the tourism industry of Bangladesh. There are parallel lands, mountains, waterfalls, green fields, deserts, beautiful views of tea gardens. The expansion of innumerable rivers, big and small, in Bengali form has taken different dimensions. All in all, there is no shortage of tourist attractions in Bangladesh. Places of tourism in Bangladesh are Cox's Bazar and Kuakata Beach, St. Martin's Island, Sundarbans, Rangamati and Bandarban, Waterfalls and Tea Gardens, Mahasthangarh in Bogra, Mainamati in Comilla, Sixty Dome Mosque in Khulna etc. Problems in the tourism industry are: tourist attraction, transportation problems, food and accommodation problems. There are also more problems such as political problems, social problems, marketing problems, security problems. Lack of equipment includes inadequacy of hotels, underdeveloped communication system, lack of duty free marketing due to which tourists do not want to come. The most important issue is the security issue. Tourists in Bangladesh are not properly protected which leads to instability, theft, snatching, violence and many more. Our administration needs to be tough to get rid of this problem. They don't just have to say it orally, they have to work it out so that tourists are interested in visiting Bangladesh. However, urgent steps need to be taken to further develop the tourism industry in Bangladesh.
