What is biscept tearing

Biscept is criticle muscle. It is made up of group of muscles. It was connected to forarm and humaras bone by joint called tendon. Tendon can handle some specific amount of load after which it get broken.

This process is called as biscept tearing . Its very painful process. It was corrected by operation but arm doesnot work properly as old or natural one. So be careful

Causes of biscept tearing

  • Ego lifting - the main mistake in tearing is ego lifting . Ego lifting was held because of dominating attitude. Which is due to proove yourself dominating over all boys in gym and another reason is to impress female mambers in gym. Ego lifting contains load above strength of biscept tendon which cause injury.

  • unconventional technique- due to unconventional technique we also sufferd from injury like biscept tear. in excercise such as deadlifting due wrong positition of biscept it tends to biscept tear
