Physical education

Physical education is that aspect of general education which aid the development of an individual physically, socially, morally, mentally through selected physical activities. Example include swimming, football, athletes, tennis, badminton e.t.c.

Physical education program in elementary and tertiary institution are teach to student in other for them to believe that physical exercises is good for their health also not for fun and enjoyment.
