when things go wrong, when setback occur , when it feels like the bottom is being kicked out from under you , stand up and declare , I won’t be defeated. Don’t allow the storm clouds of life to block out the brightness of your dreams. Push those destructive thoughts out of your mind and get a fresh picture of what it  is you want to accomplish. See your success, feel it , get excited about it, and you won’t be defeated.I am a mountain within the valley.
