Hello guys, I am Shadman.today I want to tell you about muscle building.Most of the people want big muscle & they work hard for a great looks.Although they works hard for muscle gaining,they don't get muscles expectedly.Here are some tips to increase muscles.

1.Healthy Diet: Every boys & girls who wants to gain muscle,need to eat a proper .They need to eat proper vitamins & minerals.They mustn't eat junk food or high cholestoral contain food.

2.Protines: To gain muscle,protine is a must.Wothout proper protine, a person cannot gain musscle.A person should take daily 70% gram protine of his/her body weight.Suppose, your weight is 100 kilogram. You shoukd take 70% gram protine of 100 kilogram( 70 gram).So,you can understand that is your weight is 100 kilogram,you should take 70 gram protines daily.It will help to grow muscles rapidly.

3.Proper Rest: To gain muscle, a person must rest properly.A person should sleep at least 7 to 9 hour for the purpose.Without proper sleep, A person can't gain muscles & he/she will be tired easily whil would be working out.

4.Strong Motivation: Muscle gaining is a long time process.So, a person should maintain patience & work hard for it.For these reason, he/she needs a strong determitaion and motivation from others.Through patience & hard work, a person will get big muscles day by day.
