Smoking is act of inhaling and exhaling substance from plant material (weed) . It affects that health of the smoker badly.

We all know that it is hard to quit smoking, smoking is a habit that can be easily be addicted to but can be able to stop doing it.

below are the substance people smoke,effect and how to stop smoking.

WHAT DO PEOPLE SMOKE

Well people smoke tobacco such as cigarette pipe e.t.c. This tobacco contains harmful substances which is harm to the body. The lungs is the major part (not only the part of the body)where the substance affect.

Why people find their self smoking, there are many individual reason of how one get addicted to smoking.

We have peer group influence: well they say show me your friend and I will show you who you are. Moving with friend who smoke can make someone find his/her self smoking,even though we try to resist it, they will try to influence you into it ,putting pressure on you to join them smoke. That is why we need to watch the friends we keep.

Social media influence: social media plays a big role in influencing people into smoking, in what way? Some of us have role model which we always follow on social media, if the role model is into smoking the person might also feel the encouragement to also start smoking. Saying "if my role model is smoking I too will start smoking" in order to be like the role model

Home background: this also plays a big role in influencing people into smoking, some parents do smoke in front of their children, which is bad, while some do not (sometimes the child might discover that his or her parent is smoking).

Some children feels that what their parents do is the right thing so they feel like copying their parents in what they do. So parent should please quit smoking so that their children won't be affected

EFFECT OF SMOKING

Smoking cause so many effects in people's life which affect their health and lead to premature death.

Smoking causes:

>cancer

>Stroke

>heart disease

>lung disease and much more.

The main part of this write-up is to help educate people on how to stop smoking habit.

>Temporarily moving away from things that reminds you of smoking that is throwing away remains of the cigarette. Anytime you're in a place where people are smoking move far away from them.

>Be determined; have a set plan

>Make your self busy.

It might be so hard to stop smoking so you may need the support or friends or family, explaining to them that you want to stop habit of smoking.
