Just a few days ago, Publish0x awared its users that they would be partnering with KuCoin to enable users to withdrawal their blogging rewards more easily and cheaply than with the old on-chain transfer method. Those who have their withdrawals in Kucoin will get a 10% bonus.
First off, I want to make it absolutely clear that withdrawing to KuCoin is completely optional for Publish0x users. Users who still want to use the on-chain method are free to do so. Publish0x is not forcing you to. So there is no burden to withdraw your amount in Kucoin exchange.
Additionally, the partnership with KuCoin will allow Publish0x to expedite payments to bloggers. Instead of waiting for the once a month on-chain payouts, withdrawing to KuCoin will be available every Monday for ETH and AMPL rewards. . This is a really big opportunity to its users.
DISADVANTAGES -
For a variety of reasons, many people don't like withdrawing to a centralized exchange or keeping their funds on an exchange.
Most exchanges have KYC requirements which is another reason that many people don't like using them. However, KuCoin doesn't require KYC as long as the trade volume is below 5 BTC, and registering is as simple as entering and confirming your phone number or email. But in my veiw all the decentralised exchanges must make their traders do the KYC.
