Life till 18-One

One gave me an age,

but it couldn't give me a mind to follow,

all I could think of was still nothing but hunger and it's satisfaction.

I was also learning how to talk whilst struggling to stand on my feet,

I would see other humans walk and talk

and it would fascinate and confound my miniature brain.

I would get confused while trying to understand stuffs I never knew the troubles of.

Now my parents were beginning to scold me for doing the wrong things,

and I would wonder why they considered it wrong when it seemed right to me.

I was beginning to make friends

and we taught ourselves how to interact,

we'd play all day and could only get distracted by food.

At one I was learning to be a human being.
