Why do you feel like someone else is better than you? That you are not eligible enough for that post or that promotion.
I have had a series of interaction with friends and folks alike on the issue of inferiority complex which is commonly seen within a circle of age-grades, classmates, colleagues in the office and even among siblings in the family.
Inferiority complex has become the greatest killer of dreams and aspirations. What it does is to feed your mind with lies and fear of not being good and better than the other person.
The question I always ask myself is this... If you can play football more than I do can you also sing better than I do?
This is one of many questions you should always ask yourself when that thought slides into your mind.
The other person may be better in one thing, that does not mean that he/she is better than you in all things.
Right from birth, we were created differently with divergent ways of understanding and doing things which is the pinnacle of our uniqueness.
The way you walk or talk can not be the same as every other person so do not allow other peoples achievements to intimidate you wherever you find yourself.
Always know that you are differently wired right from birth.
Learn how to grade yourself not by goals and targets set by others rather grade yourself by goals and targets you set for yourself. In that manner, the inferiority complex virus will be far from attacking your mind.
You are bigger and better than you think.
