Craving and determinants. Following the ongoing **trend** right now where humans have gone so low as to engage in **sexual activities** with **animals**, one can rightfully ask this question; what truly are the **determinants** of **human craving**? Scrolling through **social media** these days leaves the mind with a **nauseous** **feeling**, this is one of the greatest **fears** of **purists** all around the world. A mind is kept safe if the owner can be able to avoid **negativity** of all kinds and at every time. This becomes the **cross** we all must **bear** in other to survive each passing day even as we struggle to keep our shoulders high. How then can a man say that he is living a fulfilling life when in all his days, he ****must intentionally**** keep watch over the things that get into his mind. ****Craving****

A **man** wakes up with a serious need for a better life even when he knows that he has acquired a certain **degree** of **success**. A **woman** looks at herself and begins to feel **incomplete** because she has allowed **social media pressure** to eat deep into her mind. Craving was one of the **natural gifts** of life until we began to allow **peer pressure, people's opinions, social media and evil desires** to become our determinants. Looking at the things we crave most times makes us **wonder** if we are truly **living** or merely **marking time** ie waiting for death. The various ways and manners in which we allow unnecessary things to become a **stronghold** in our life just because we crave them have given room for evil to **breed** right under our noses. Just last week, it began to spread all over the internet that girls are beginning to go as low as having **sexual** activities with **dogs** for **$1000** or more. As if that was not enough, we began to hear how **children** or should I say **siblings** engage in sexual activities right under the roof of their house. This leaves one to wonder where and what has become the bases of our cravings in life. How can one say that money is the reason for **engaging in sexual activity with a dog**? Does it mean that anyone can wake up any day and start **hunting humans** because he has craving for **human meat**? If this is so, I believe no one is safe not even the President of America yes, you heard me right. Does it sound like a threat? Well, you can decide to see it as a threat or not but don't keep a **blind eye** to the **negative changes** that are constantly taking place in our world today. One of the **biggest questions** we must always ask ourselves at this point is; **must every craving be satisfied?** If we do not get the answer to this question then, we are as good as **doomed**. Even when you crave a certain food, you do not kill yourself when you are not able to have it. Why then do we satisfy all these cravings that drive us closer to our **grave**? ****Choice****

Say the word loud enough so that you won't forget it at any time. When we talk about cravings, it is **rooted** in **choice** and how we **control** them at any given time. A man walks into a restaurant to have **roasted chicken salad** but when he is told it has **finished**, he is left with the choice of either going to another place or making a different order. Now, whatever he does at that time **determines** his **ability** to control his cravings. Yes, it is not a **crime** for one to crave one thing or the other, but what makes it a crime is allowing your cravings to control and determine your **actions** at every time. Let's imagine that the man who wanted to eat roasted chicken salad drove just **2o minutes** to get to the restaurant where he was told it has finished. Will it be **wise** for the man to drive over **2 hours** to another restaurant where he can get the chicken salad? This is where **control** and **choice** come in. He may decide to take the risk of driving over 2 hours for his craving or may choose to go for another thing, knowing that there is a **possibility** of not getting the kind of roasted chicken salad he wants from another restaurant. This is what is happening in our world today. Because you crave **success** and **riches**, you allow yourself to drive hours through a **treacherous** route. Knowing fully well that the risk you are taking **weighs higher** than the **reward** you will get. Craving and choice have become the **secret** behind a lot of **failures** in life. This is because most of us decided to take the risk even when we **understood** that the risk was never **worth** it. Craving is not a crime but we have made it a crime by allowing our minds to crave things that are **beyond our reach**. You can't be a poor man and you are craving a **private jet** or a **Lamborghini**. This is what has led a lot of people into crime. No matter what or who you are, you must understand that **cutting your coat according to your cloth** is the **key** to **survival** in **life**. We have allowed our minds to go under **unnecessary** **pressure** because we became too **ambitious**, which led us into **nailing** **morality** on the **cross** and making **immorality** our **best** **friend**. ***Know your ability if you want to live your life free from deadly cravings, be wise...***
