We seem to have lost our ability to spot the right direction
A young man who excelled academically wanted to apply for a management position in a major company.
He succeeded in his first personal interview, during which the company director conducting the interviews completed his last interview and make the last decision.
Looking at the biography of the young man, the company director found that he was fully academically superior from high school until graduating from university,
He never failed!
The principal asked this distinguished young man, "Did you receive any scholarships during your education?" The young man replied, "Never."
The principal asked, "Was it your father who pays all of your tuition fees?" The young man replied:
"My father passed away when I was the first year of my life. It is my mother who took care of all my education expenses."
The director asked him: “Where did your mother work?
The young man replied: “My mother was washing clothes for people.”
Then the director asked him to show him his hands, and he showed them both

That night the young man spent with his mother in a long conversation.
The next morning, the young man went to the company’s manager’s office with tears in his eyes. The director asked him:
"Can you tell me what I did and what I learned at home yesterday?"
The young man replied: "I washed my mother's hands and also washed all the remaining clothes on her."
The director asked him about his feeling of sincerity and safety, and the young man replied:
First: I realized the meaning of gratitude. Without my mother and her sacrifice, I would not have been what I am now of excellence.
Second: By doing the same work that she was doing, she realized how arduous and stressful it would be to do some work.
Third: I realized the importance and value of family.
Then the director said:
“That's what I was looking for in a manager who would give me this job, someone who appreciates helping others
He who does not make money his only goal of his work ... You have been hired, son. "
Later, this young man worked hard and won the respect of all his aides.
All the employees worked with dedication as a team, and the company achieved a resounding success.

A child who is being protected, pampered, and accustomed to getting everything he wants,
He is raised on a (entitlement mentality) and puts himself and his desires above all else.
He will grow up ignorant of the efforts of his parents, and when he is involved in the work and career sector, he expects everyone to listen to him.
