The more people praise him, the more you love him, and the emotion of hatred and hatred can be close to that.

2 - Active and moving emotions disturb the mind so that it does not do its work, rather its judgments become far from objective and fair;

This is not limited to our personal emotions, but rather it extends to the emotions of others that a person can develop, such as the passion of love towards others, for example that we can develop (one of you does not believe until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself), so a person can develop his love affection to the level that he loves people from good And righteousness and success is what he loves for himself.

3- You have to fight the real battle between the mind, emotions and negative emotions and their diseases: such as hatred, anger, arrogance, scarcity, selfishness and the like, which affect the balance of personality, contradict the judgments of the mind, and fuel conflicts and divisions.

To get rid of these diseases requires a strong struggle, and a strong connection with God and attachment of the heart to Him and the Hereafter, and to try to show their opposites.” Through this, he acquires new and noble habits and customs. This requires confronting anger with calm and restraining anger, arrogance with humility, paucity of generosity, and despair with hope ... We thus hope to escape the consequences and sins of these diseases.

When a person is able to overcome negative feelings, emotions and emotions, he acquires a new kind of balance in his personality, this balance is a balance between the mind and positive emotions, which means the elevation of his personality by moving away from the state of moral and psychological vices.

4- To know and use both the mind and the emotion in its correct field, as the mind is the guide that discovers reality and evaluates the event, and thus determines the appropriate reaction. The mind is the one that draws plans, develops programs, and shapes the critical curriculum, while emotions provide fuel, drive, motivation and enthusiasm.

Despite the importance of emotions in our life, but they are an important part of the personality balance, it is important not to let them control our minds and thus hijack their decisions and judgments, and it is important not to freeze them and make them look cold; Because we will lose an important tool in communicating with others. It is vital and important that we nourish the benevolent emotions and nurture them constantly to remain active and interactive, by watering them with good working water in its broad meanings. Finally, "the balance of personality is one of its most beautiful features, because it carries harmony, complementarity, moderation and logic, which adorn people alone, but adorn the entire existence."
