This is my first Food Blog #1

Pinoy love Meryenda. We have lots of it and for sure you're love it too. We have this banana que, maruya, Ginataas mais, mais con yelo ant the famous Halo Halo. We got lot more and I'll glad to share it herr with my thoughts. Well my opinions about those Meryenda are not accurate hehehe. Because it will depend on how you will taste it.

Lumpiang Hubad o sariwa

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pieces Romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Lumpia Sauce Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 tablespon minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Lumpiang Gulay

Lumpiang Gulay Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable oil, or as needed

  • 2 squares tofu, cut into rectangular cubes

  • 1 large orange sweet potatoes (kamote), (kamoteng kahel), peeled, cut into sticks

  • 1 large sweet potatoes (kamote), peeled, cut into sticks

  • 1 small red onion, peeled, chopped

  • 3 clove garlic, peeled, chopped

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, julienned

  • 1 bunch green beans or baguio beans, sliced diagonally

  • 1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis), or to taste

  • ground black pepper, to taste

  • 20 large lumpia wrappers, separated

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

You can replace to your dinner for tonight. This are made of vegetables more this is perfect for vegetarian like me. I gain if you want to learn how to prepare or made this search on Google repetitively.
