Today I want to share this Meryenda we call it. Ginataang Mais. This is very delicious and healthy 👌 but of course don't eat too much of this.
For you to cook this you need to have Corn 🌽 it depends on how many bowls you want to make. Then a Rice 🍚, Little sugar and Fresh coconut Milk. It's better to use fresh coconut milk than powder.
I am not a good cook. Because my Grandmother do this things for Us. Her versions of this Meryenda are very delicious.
