SEVENTEEN laborers are caught underground in a coal mine in southwest China nowadays after it was overflowed with carbon monoxide, agreeing to a nearby government notice. The mine’s transport belt caught fire within the early hours of the morning, state news organization Xinhua cited the government as saying, which driven to unsafe levels of carbon monoxide gas spilling into the mine.
