Gelatin Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack jelly powder mix (24g)... any color will do

1 can evaporated milk (300ml (378g)

1 can condensed milk big (370ml (380g)

1 cup white sugar

1 cup fruit cocktail syrup

3 1/2 cup water

1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

  1. Drain the fruit cocktail. Set aside the fruit cocktail syrup.
    In a gelatin molder, spread fruit cocktail on the bottom. Set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar & jelly mix powder, cook in a medium heat & stir constantly until the mixture is incorporated.

  3. Add the condensed milk, & evaporated milk. Add vanilla .Stir constantly until all the mixtures dissolved.

  4. Pour the mixture using an strainer into the gelatin molder. Put in a fridge. When cold invert & serve.
