The reasons might be:

  1. Your adapter might be damaged

  2. The cable might be damaged

  3. The female port of the mobile might be damaged

But, the most common reason will be damage of the cable.

That's not the case bro, I do use my phone while charging and it's still perfect, it might be in some cases, but ain't sure it's due to pressing while charging
