Banana Tree

As my daily routine walking every morning and I noticed this banana tree with different leaf color, I tried to understand what happened but I don't, all I noticed is a dry part and a green part, is it due to lack of water or due to too much of sun, well pretty sure the banana tree is fine and healthy cause it has a baby on them😁
